This introductory cooking course will develop the basic kitchen skills of beginner home cooks who have little to no cooking experience. Students will have fun learning how to plan simple recipes, measure and prepare ingredients, and efficiently store food for make-ahead meals. Throughout this six-week course, students will gain confidence in the kitchen and will take home six tasty breakfast, lunch, or dinner recipes to use at home. No class meeting 11/27.
