15 TERMS AND CONDITIONS of Summer Fun Summer Fun Safety Your child’s safety is our number one priority. Every Summer Fun employee is part of the Clovis Unified School District and has fingerprint clearance. All CUSD safety procedures and rules will be followed by staff and students. Drop Off and Pick Up There will be a drop off and pick up zone where parents can stay in the car to drop off the students. Summer Fun employees will guide the students to their classrooms. If the student is enrolled in back to back classes a Summer Fun employee will walk the student to his or her next class. At the end of their enrolled classes, Summer Fun employees will escort students to the pick up area. Students will be supervised at all times. Late Pick- Ups Children picked up late will be charged $1.00 for every minute after his or her last class. Excessive late pick-ups could result in your child being removed from the program. Snacks and Breaks Teachers have allowed time in their lessons for snacks and breaks. Your child can bring a snack to Summer Fun. Allergies/Medical If your child has allergies please inform all of his/her teachers and the Summer Fun office. In case of illness or other emergency, when parent/guardian is unavailable, by agreeing to the terms and conditions of Summer Fun the parent/guardian hereby authorizes a representative of the school to make such arrangements as he/she deems necessary for the child to receive medical or hospital care, including transportation. Under such circumstances parent/guardian further authorizes a physician to undertake such care and treatment of the child as needed. Refunds and Transfers We have a NO REFUND policy and a NO TRANSFER policy. Please choose your classes carefully. If a class is cancelled by Summer Fun a full refund for the entire class fee will be processed. If there are unforeseen circumstances and a transfer is necessary, upon approval from the director a transfer fee of $25 per class will be required. Tax Information Tax Id # 94-2840774. Your paid invoice will act as a record for tax purposes. Amounts reported for childcare for year-end tax purposes are the responsibility of the individual. Payment We accept MasterCard/Visa, Cash, and Checks payable to Clovis Unified School District with Summer Fun in the memo line. There is a $25 processing fee for all returned checks. Summer Fun Photos By agreeing to the terms and conditions of Summer Fun the parent/guardian gives permission for the child to be photographed during the course of Summer Fun. These photos may be used in future promotional materials for the Summer Fun program.
