Refund Policy For student initiated cancellations before a class begins a credit voucher will be issued for the full tuition amount paid. For student initiated cancellations after a class begins a credit voucher minus a processing fee will be issued. For Community Education initiated cancellations a refund for the full tuition amount paid will be processed unless student requests a credit voucher. These classes do not qualify for Title IV financial aid assistance. Community Education classes are not supported by state or federal tax funds. Students pay a class fee sufficient to cover the direct costs of instruction. In some cases, there is an additional fee for supplies and/or materials. All classes are for adults 18 years and older unless otherwise specified.
