Join us as we unpack the fundamentals of financial planning. We will discuss investing basics from asset allocation to retirement account types and investment vehicles, tax planning strategies to maximize your dollars now and into the future, the importance of asset protection and protection strategies, and fundamentals of estate planning for the next generation. This will be a very participant-driven curriculum with plenty of flexibility for questions both in and after the class. Are you frustrated by the endless promises of diets that don’t deliver? You are overwhelmed by the latest diet trends and not sure what really works? This course addresses all these questions and more. Class one will focus on the basic mechanics of weight loss such as calorie intake and expenditure, macros, and metabolism. Class two will focus on diet myths and separating fact from fiction. Come with your questions! Our final class will explore several of the latest diet trends including keto, paleo, carnivore, and fasting. Learn what has merit and what doesn’t. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, or just become a healthier version of you, this class will help you navigate the misinformation.
