Upon satisfactory completion of this course sequence, students will receive a certificate as an Administrative Assistant. Completion of this program takes approximately 8 months (892 hours) and will cost approximately $2,780, including books. MEDICAL ASSISTANT-FRONT OFFICE The Medical Assistant-Front Office employee is involved in general office duties as well as appointment and surgery scheduling, and medical records. This program provides training in front office and various back office skills. Upon satisfactory completion of this course sequence, students will receive a certificate in the Medical Assistant-Front Office. Completion of this program takes approximately 8 months (964 hours) and will cost approximately $3,445, including books.
