Come out and join this exciting class for the summer. You will learn various football techniques through drills designed to improve fundamentals like running with the football, stances, passing, catching, route running, and defense. Additionally, we will spend some time learning how to properly tackle and block through non-contact drills. The best practice is playing, so we will finish each class by playing flag football games. M/W 8:00-10:00am Muro Sport Court $199 KICKBALL Ages 8+ Kickball is a team game with rules similar to baseball. There are innings, and teams try to get hits, run around the bases, and eventually score runs. The team with the most runs at the end of the game is the winner! T/Th 8:00-10:00am Sitton Sport Court $199 OUTDOOR GAMES Ages 6+ Cornhole, kick the can, capture the flag, red rover, hopscotch, four square and more equals FUN! We will play some good old fashioned outdoor games to get our bodies moving. Put your game face on and come join the fun!
