Notary Signing Agents are notaries who facilitate obtaining signatures for real estate purchases and loans, and typically make $75-$150 per loan signing. If you have already taken the notary public course, take this course now and be ready to go once you get your notary commission. This class is online. Zoom login instructions will be sent prior to the class. Certification involves an “open book” online exam taken after the class and a background check. Associated costs for certification and supplies will be explained in the class. $45 materials fee will be collected by CA Notary Training Center prior to the class.
