PRAISE DANCE EXERCISE Have you ever wanted to embrace the art of worship through movement and expression? This spirit filled class is an opportunity to explore this unique style of dance. The class includes an hour of light cardio and stretch routines set to uplifting and inspirational music. You do not need to be an experienced dancer to enjoy this class. NEW TAI CHI AND HEALTH QI GONG Tai Chi and Health Qi Gong are distinctive bodymind exercise methods. It plays an important role in one’s physical, mental and emotional health; personal energy, agility, balance and vitality; manage stress, depression and anxiety; and improve lung capacity. Tai Chi and Health Qi Gong involves gentle movements, breathing techniques and meditation, which acts to cleanse, circulate and strengthen Life Energy (Qi). In general Tai Chi and Health Qi Gong are gentle, easy to follow and anyone can learn regardless of age and gender. Also, it can be practiced anytime, anywhere. YOGA – BEGINNER / LEVEL 1 This Vinyasa-style class is a foundation-building yoga class that will cover basic postures while connecting breath to movement. This class moves at a moderate pace and gives students the opportunity to build their strength, flexibility, yoga knowledge, and reduce stress. Beginning with floor stretches and standing exercise we will continue on to rhythmic movement across the floor.
