Have you ever dreamed of writing a book? If so, what are you waiting for? We have two NEW classes coming up which will cover the basics of writing a book or a children’s book, and learning how to get it published.
Writing and Publishing Your First Book – In this class we’re going to have fun learning the basics of writing a book and learning how to get it published. Bring notebook paper and a writing tool. This is a workshop type class where you will get constructive feedback from your peers in a comfortable setting. Our instructor Linda Kane is a published writer and will help you improve your writing.
This class meets Tuesdays, 6:00-8:00pm, 5/16-6/27 for 7 classes, cost is $99.
The A-Z of Writing a Children’s Book – In this class we’re going to have fun learning the basics of writing a picture book for children conveyed through the use of words and pictures in combination, or through pictures alone. Discover why writing children’s books is a great place for beginning writers. Bring notebook paper, a writing tool, and your favorite children’s book.
This class meets on Mondays from 6:00-8:00pm, 5/15-6/26 for 6 classes (no class meeting 5/29), and the cost is $79.
