Yoga relieves stress, builds stamina and strength, improves flexibility and increases energy. This class will provide a basic foundation of Yoga poses and breathing techniques. It is suitable for all levels of ability. Bring your mat, strap, and a sense of adventure.
Class meets twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday, 10/24-12/7 from 6:30-7:30pm, 12 classes for $79. (No class meeting 11/21 & 11/23 – Thanksgiving week)
