Yoga Classes

Yoga is a wonderful, low impact exercise, and we offer a variety of yoga classes, with schedules and styles to accommodate almost anyone!

Morning Yoga – Get your day off to a great start!  Increase flexibility, build muscle strength, and reduce stress, all before work!  This class provides the basic foundation of yoga poses and breathing techniques.  It is suitable for all levels of ability.  Bring your yoga mat and start your day off relaxed!  This class meets three days a week, M/W/F from 7:00-8:00am, 3/13-5/12 (no class meeting 4/10-4/21), 21 sessions for $129.

Everyday Yoga – Yoga relieves stress, builds stamina and strength, improves flexibility and increases energy.  This class will provide a basic foundation of yoga poses and breathing techniques.  It is suitable for all levels of ability.  Bring your mat, strap, and a sense of adventure!  Class meets twice a week, T/Th from 6:30-7:30pm, 3/14-4/27 (no class meeting 4/11 & 4/13), 12 sessions for $69.

Yoga with Aromatherapy and Affirmations – This class is for everyone.  Wonderful stress release and energy movement through the body make this class a dose of goodness for your body, mind and soul.  You will enjoy the meditations we do to relax you at a deeper level, too.  Whether you are new to yoga and meditation or not, you will enjoy the inspiration and serenity.  Bring your yoga mat and strap!  The instructor is a Holistic Wellness Practitioner and Life Coach who enjoys helping others and giving back.  This class meets once a week, M from 6:00-7:30pm, 3/13-5/8 (no class meeting 4/10 & 4/17), 7 sessions for $69.
