Discover how to manage that stress…
Are you ready to learn how to get past all of the barriers and find connections with other women, even total strangers? The common bond for all women is our femininity. We should be able to bond and come together for support, healing and care. Yet so many things vie for our attention – busy schedules, family responsibilities, health issues, cattiness from other women, and low self-esteem. So many of us are missing out on the great asset that our community has to offer: each other!
This class will teach you a simple technique that you can use anytime, anywhere, to find that connection with other women that you have been craving. Instructor Catherine Pou is a licensed psychologist and has been treating women for stress and stress-related disorders for over ten years. Grab a friend and support each other in managing stress with this great class!
Our next one-night class is Wednesday, 7/26 from 6:00-8:00pm, and cost is $49. Register on our website, by phone at 327-2876, or come on by the Community Ed office on the Clovis Adult Education campus.
